Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a unionized workforce primarily on the afternoon shift.
- Act as coverage on the day shift as per business needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and Report KPI stats.
- Manage day to day shipping, receiving, and picking functions.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years distribution center management experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing a unionized environment.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
