Change Analyst

Summary Description: In this role, you will be a member of an organizational change team focused on enabling sustainable adoption of new ways of working introduced through our global Finance Transformation. You will work alongside consulting teams and resources from across our organization throughout the transformation journey. You will participate in co-designing-developing-deploying required change activities for different stakeholder groups. We are looking for a curious learner who has an interest/knowledge/experience in organizational change management to join our team.

Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business process changes
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, workflows, and stakeholders
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of process changes
- Communicate change initiatives to stakeholders and provide training and support as needed
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities
- Identify and address potential risks and barriers to successful change implementation
- Document and maintain accurate records of change management activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field
- Proven experience in change management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Note: Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.
