We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage Amazon platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon platforms and Office software and be able to stay up-to-date with changes and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and optimize product listings on Amazon platform.
Monitor Amazon online inventory and make daily shipment plan.
Conduct research to identify new opportunities and trends on the Amazon marketplace.
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.
Manage inventory and order fulfillment processes.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Mandarin speaking required.
Familiar Amazon seller central preffered.
Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms will be better.
Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and requirements; Search Engine Optimization for Amazon.
Experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
Experience with inventory and order fulfillment processes.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
