The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications, the ERP Functional Business Analyst, plays is a key role driving adoption and extract maximum value from our ERP and point-of-care applications. The successful individual will be a collaborator, who loves solving problems with technology and using good interpersonal and organizational skills to build positive relationships. What you will be doing

  • Evaluate current ERP and point-of-care application environment and recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Apply business analysis methodology to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs from key stakeholders.
  • Form strong, trust-based relationships with assigned business and functional leaders to ensure involvement and engagement in business / functional planning.
  • Document all processes, procedures, and changes to the system.
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.
  • Work closely with employees at all levels to determine the requirements of their departments and the organization ensuring that all project plans are adhered to.
  • Use relationship management skills to work alongside key business stakeholders, identifying technical challenges related to the ERP system and developing creative solutions, working with key partners to implement them.
  • Translate business requirements into a conceptual system design (including but not limited to business requirements document, high-level use cases, prototypes/mockups).

 


What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years hands-on ERP experience as a functional analyst, including experience with multiple ERP processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, HTR)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations based on observations.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.
  • Experience working with different delivery methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, SAFE), with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in customer-centricity environment.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA) a plus.
