Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate

Ark Marketing Performance is now looking for ambitious and passionate Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associates to bring on our expanding sales team!

In this Full-Time, In-Person Marketing and Sales role, the Marketing and Sales Associates will use their passion for excellent customer experience to capture an audience, actively engage with the public, and create brand excitement during our promotional marketing events and retail campaigns.

The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate will:

• Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the services available to them with the goal of closing sales
• Engage the consumers into a conversation and listen carefully to understand the concerns of the consumers and determine their needs
• Effectively market client products and brand, creating increased brand awareness
• Assist the Sales and Marketing managers with dispositioning of leads and territory, booking and coordination of retail events, tracking performance of sales teams and organizing sales records
• Build strong brand relationships with customers to increase sales and repeat business

The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate Requirements:

• Must have a Valid G2 or G Drivers License and a Personal Vehicle
• Must have an open Full-Time Availability
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role, sales role, business development role, or marketing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team, and independently with minimum direction

Salary: $36,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
