We are now on a determined path to growth leading to great opportunities for personal and career growth. We are looking for an energetic and thoughtful Analyst who will assist the Operations team in business decision-making, operational efficiencies, and elements of financial reporting.
The Operations Analyst will help improve efficiency and processes within the Operations department by collecting data analysis to build modeling techniques that allow managers to streamline operations and reduce wasted time and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision
- Working with staff from other departments as required to collect and summarize data
- Maintaining an organized database of all collected information to ensure efficient and effective data retrieval and reporting
- Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly
- Using computer software programs to manipulate data extracted
- Developing reporting structures and statistical methods for trend analysis
- Sending out daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports to the Operations team
- Staying up to date on industry and market trends and activities that may have an impact on Operations and Arconas
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or relevant degree
- 3+ years as an Analyst in a professional setting
- Excellent and demonstrable analytical skills, using a combination of tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possessing a business acumen
- Strong organization, and planning skills, along with attention to detail
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all different levels of employees within Arconas
- Ability to work in a fast and ever-changing environment
- Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently
