Our Product Team is hiring an Analyst . The Product Team focuses on product development and product management of our diverse suite of over 80 investment strategies. We act as a nexus between the investment and sales teams, focusing on a wide range of institutional and retail product related initiatives. This position works across our organization, including investment management, marketing, sales, legal/compliance and investment operations.

This is a Toronto based role, but can also be based in Montreal, and offers flexibility between working from home and the office.
What You Will Do
- Support the Head of Product to manage and execute all product related initiatives: market/competitor analysis, portfolio analysis, industry trends, investor profiles, product messaging, product reviews, marketing materials, product pricing and other research and analysis as required
- Develop a clear and deep understanding of our investment strategies
- Build and maintain a high level of asset management industry knowledge to serve as an expert resource on comparable investment products
- Conduct analysis (i.e. performance analysis, risk statistics, etc.) and articulate concisely
What You Bring
- Overall 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar role will be beneficial to your success.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; CFA designation is an asset
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships and interact with people across all functions and levels
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with eVestment is an asset
- Experience in financial services (investment banking, investment consulting, asset management, research, etc.) is an asset
