Accountabilities:

• Provide expertise, support and control for an organization's technical projects / programs
• Develop technical program / project management best practices / templates and providing training / mentoring to project teams.
• Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects.
• Gather and report consolidated technical project status and financial information to leadership.
• Serve as a central governing body to review / audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing.
• If needed, provide full staffing and management for the organization's major technical projects / programs.
• Provide Centralized Governance & Delivery Model to manage all work (in-flight & new, approved ideas, demands, and initiatives) across all product and services teams, to deliver incremental value to the customer.
• Consolidates portfolio information to prepare reports on progress and performance.
• Assists IT leaders to identify and address potential issues and continuously improve processes and procedures in area of responsibility.
• Leads PPM IT work intake and automated pipeline for work and demand visibility, enabling appropriate demand recognition and forecast.
• Maintain records for all FTE and contract resources, including Start and end date, allocation, vacation and OOO.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of related experience with technical project portfolio management processes and controls, developing and maintaining intake and resources governance and controls.
• Relationship management with stakeholders.
• Expertise using ServiceNow, a detailed knowledge of Timekeeping and in ServiceNow
• experience using PPM module in ServiceNow is an asset.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Plans, EazyBI, Confluence), MS Project, MS Productivity Tools.
• Knowledge of SOX is an asset.
