Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will implement, enhance, and maintain applications that support our operational processes.

Working closely with key stakeholders across various business functions, you'll tackle technical and process-related challenges, adapt the system to evolving application solutions, and ensure the sustainability, security, and compliance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of system components within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop proposals to satisfy business needs and evaluate the impact of proposed changes on Salesforce user groups.
• Define innovative solutions to enhance Salesforce usage and fulfill business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the developers.
• Lead business workshops to define processes and improvements for systems.
• Participate in the technical planning and execution of IT projects.
• Design test strategies and plans based on requirements and participate in their execution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to resolve complex issues.
• Provide support for recurring critical business operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to understand current implementations.
• Solid grasp of the sales process.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or specialized training/certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Over three years of experience as a Salesforce functional analyst.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with the capacity to communicate concisely.
• Ability to adopt a global view, understand processes, and effectively drive project deliverables.
• Team player who can build relationships with users and IT professionals from other teams/functions.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
