JOB LOCATION

• Scarborough and Toronto (GTA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiar with restaurant's sources of suppliers; restaurant's costs and profit margin; shipping, deliveries, and receivers auditing concepts; Assists in compiling reports on procurement needs and related matter
• Able to communicate and negotiate with suppliers or departments when issues or discrepancies of quality control occurred;
• Sustain adequate inventory level at all times; do physical periodical counts for the inventory listing and items; ensure inventory storage is properly managed
• Sensitive about the source's quality control checking; monitor expiration dates of the sources
• Able to work day and night shifts; work extra shifts and hours as required
• Hospitality or restaurants experience preferred
• Collaborations and other duties as required
• English and Chinese proficiency are highly preferred

Full-time hours: 5-6 days, 44 hours per week with sometimes peak hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Bilingual (Chinese and English) (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G2 or G Driving Licence (preferred)
